Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Visiyon's websites, cloud platform, and related software (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

The open-source core vs. the hosted Service

Visiyon's core platform is published as open-source software under its own license, available in our public repository. These Terms apply to your use of our hosted cloud Service (ai.visiyon.com) and associated accounts. If you self-host the open-source software on your own infrastructure, your use of that software is governed by its open-source license, not by these Terms.

Accounts

You need an account to use the hosted Service. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service's infrastructure.
• Don't use the Service in a way that violates the acceptable-use policies of the underlying model providers we connect to.

Content and outputs

You retain rights to content you submit to the Service. Outputs generated by AI models through the Service are provided as-is; because outputs are generated by machine learning models, they may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you're responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for any consequential decision.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid enterprise plans are billed on the cycle selected at signup. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Service availability

We aim to keep the hosted Service reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned downtime may occur. If uptime commitments are needed for your deployment, that's something enterprise plans can address directly — get in touch through our contact page.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the acceptable-use policy above, with notice where practical.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Visiyon is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
